Our Fees

This one-time fee includes opening the student dossier and gathering all the required documentation and signatures needed before enrolling in your first course with uniTELOS.

This one-time fee covers academic and career counselling which is required before enrolling in the first OSSD course to ensure students are well aligned with their post-secondary school goals.  Other services included in this fee is assistance in filling out post-secondary applications to colleges and universities and networking current students to others in their field of interest.

This fee is applicable for students who completed courses outside Ontario. The assessment will determine how many courses the student needs to complete in order to earn the OSSD. The assessment is valid for 6 months provided that a student enrolls in a course within this period. 

This per course fee incudes the following: the Ontario Curriculum provided by our partner school, access to an online Learning Management System with course content, 5-day aand 24/7 tutoring as provided by our partner school. Students who do not purchase any additional add-ons (see below) will be responsible for completing the course without direct intervention from uniTELOS. However, uniTELOS will still manage the student's file and be the immediate point of contact for administrative purposes.

This per course fee includes all that is covered in the basic course in addition to  24-hour OST teacher email response times,  2-day assessment grading, and prioritized administrative support. This is a perfect option for those who have a tight deadline to meet. Any basic course can be upgraded to a Fast-Track course, but once upgraded they remain Fast-Track courses.

When registered to a course, students may transfer into another course provided that it is within the first 3 months of course registration and the student has not completed more than 3 assessments in the course.  Only one transfer is allowed per course. The initial 18 months period counts from the original course in which they were registered. A transfer course fee is applied per course transfer. 

If a student cannot complete the course within the 18 month period, the student must notify uniTELOS and pay for the fee one week before the course expires. The extension fee is $150 for the first month and $100  for each subsequent months, for a maximum total extension of 6 months.   Fees apply to the number of months being purchased at the time of transaction and not in combination. 

This Add-On offers students a planned course delivery where they have access to a uniTELOS teacher who teaches the course in a blended format. Some classes will be taught synchronously (live) online and others asynchronously. It is strongly recommended to purchase this add-on to better understand the course material and successfully finish the course in a timely manner. The fee for this add-on applies per course.

In addition to the unlimited tutoring available with our partner school, uniTELOS staff offers the flexibility of student-centered focused tutoring. Students can use the time to ask questions related to different OSSD courses. All the questions need to be communicated by email first to allow for a more efficient delivery during the tutoring session. 

This add-on is composed of 1.5 hour unit-specific review with additional practice problems. This option is currently available for MHF4U, MCV4U, and SPH4U.  Students can register for more than one review session as needed. This add-on covers unlimited email support while students are enrolled in an OSSD course. Students can email for questions, quick clarifications, advice on grade negotiations, studying, exam prepping, etc. This fee is applicable per course. Students who purchase this add-on for more than one-OSSD course concurrently will receive a discount. When deemed applicable, uniTELOS will reserve the right to request students to book a tutoring session. This does not include university/career advising.

For students applying to Ontario universities, this compulsory fee is  for managing the OUAC account and applications to 3 post-secondary institutions in Ontario. An additional $50 will apply  per additional institution (Ontario).

This  fee is for  students who require report cards and transcripts to be sent directly to a post-secondary institution. The fee is per required institution. Additional fees will also apply if a student requires information to be couriered through FedEx to any institution. Electronic copies report cards and transcripts can be sent at no charge.

In the event that students require uniTELOS to communicate on their behalf with colleges or universities, this fee is applicable per institution regardless of the number of meetings  and correspondence required. This includes any communication from pre-admission inquiries until acceptance decisions are received. 

This  fee is for  students who would like a personalized approach for different university pathways to explore all their options. Students who require both University Consultation and Career Consultation will receive a discount.

This  fee is for  students who would like a personalized plan for different career options. This also may include networking and making connections with others in their field, depending on career selection and resources available.  Students who require both University Consultation and Career Consultation will receive a discount.

Unlimited university email support can be added for an additional $60.
